Toots and Dalene Du Toit have been running the Toots Design Studio for seven years where Toots designed and made wedding dresses. Crystal & Lace was established in May 2019 after their passion for the wedding dress industry was reignited.

In May 2020, Elizabeth Verwoerd, owner of Best Events, saw the opportunity to move Crystal & Lace into her showroom with the goal of making Best Events a destination where brides can find everything they need for their special day under one roof.

Shannon Messias is our consultant who will assist you during your fitting. She has a soft approach and a sound knowledge about what types of dresses will work for different body types. With her boundless passion for all things weddings and an eye for exquisite details, Shannon will make your journey to "I do" as magical as it should be.
